About us

Covenant Group Ltd. was founded in 2005 by Eyal Gabay as a holding company to combine all of the founder's investments and operations.
Eyal (Chairman) and Tamar (CEO&CFO) have been managing the company since the beginning.

In 2012, Covenant sold 51% of Hofri Hasharon Ltd., now called Electra Infrastructure Ltd.
Covenant Group Ltd. currently holds 15% of Electra Infrastructure following the sale of more shares.
