The company is involved in initiating and developing commercial and industrial areas in Moshav Mevo Horon, at Horon Junction by Maccabim, and other industrial areas that are at a preliminary stage.

Commercial area at Mevo Horon
Planning and implementing 303 dunams of development work in the Mevo Horon commercial area, including 100 dunams net of plots for Moshav Mevo Horon. The project includes drawing up a new urban building plan for the area, drawing up infrastructure and development plans for the new facilities, and carrying out infrastructure and development work for the commercial area.

Other industrial areas
The company is promoting plans for other industrial areas, on a scale of hundreds of dunams, for industry and commerce. These ventures involve drawing up outline plans and detailed planning, including carrying out the development work and laying the infrastructures, through marketing the plots after development. Details of these projects will be given later, after completion of the necessary preliminary steps.
