Eyal Gabay, chairman and owner of the Covenant Group, founded the companies in the group at the end of the 1980s. He serves in a number of public positions promoting the field of infrastructures in Israel, and is vice president and chairman of the Infrastructure Division of the Association of Contractors and Builders in Israel.

The companies in the group are held in high esteem by customers and public and commercial bodies alike. The group's business turnover is around USD $140 million (NIS 500 million), and has grown constantly since its establishment.
